Paint.NET is an image and photo handling function.

The tabs present a survive thumbnail of the image as a substitute of a text picture. This makes steering very plain and fast.
Adjustments are also integrated which help you twist an image's clarity, hue, saturation, contrast, curves, and levels. You can also translate an image to black and white, or sepia-toned.
